Modise Gabotlhaelwe joins Volition’s Board

19 July 2010 - Volition is pleased to welcome Modise Gabotlhaelwe to its board. As of 1 May 2010, Modise joined the Volition Board as a non-executive director and brings a vast amount of experience and expertise to the company.

Modise has a BComm obtained from UCT, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Natal and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000. Modise has over 9 years of experience in the fields of Property Analysis, Financial and Management Accounting and is currently also the Financial Director of Imperial Logistics Integration Services.

Volition is privileged to have him on board and we look forward to accessing his extensive experience and expertise in the fields of finance, accounting, taxation and property asset management to our benefit in the near future.
