Customer Services as a division is responsible for all the after-sales parts supply to the Toyota dealer network. They have been a long standing client and partner of Volition. We as Volition were approached in late 2007 to assist them to take their supplier relationships and interaction to a new level. This was becoming necessary due to the increased number of new models being introduced into Africa and the rapid growth that was being experienced in the vehicle market locally and abroad.
