The project started at the beginning of August 2006. For the first four months Volition assisted in creating As_Is processes in the support arena utilising FNB`s defined process architecture by using a tool called ARIS. In the last four months of the project Volition preformed the role of a business analyst in the sales arena. The work comprised of enhancing draft impact assessments with new requirements, as well as creating impact analysis documents for several new projects.

For several consecutive years Eurosteel, which specialises in the retail and manufacture of steel, has experience substantial increases in revenue. Despite significant response to this growth, the company was unable to maintain service levels at a satisfactory level and felt that much of the blame for this lay in the operations in the primary warehouse.
